No. You need someone who will assess the gaps in your language skills and fill those gaps. You want lessons that will strengthen all areas of your English language skills, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
With large free or paid classes, the teacher plans lessons that will cover the basics of what everyone needs to know. You may also practice English about topics that have no interest to you.
The EXCEPTION is if you are living in the US you need a tutor in the US. There are so many questions you will have about American culture that teachers outside the US only cover at a summary level.
